Recently looked at several DAO voting proposals, which on the surface say "optimize incentives" and "increase participation," but only at the end in the appendix did I realize: who gets the rewards, who can propose, who can veto, the power structure is buried in these small words. To put it simply, voting isn't a democracy exam; it's more like distributing the keys to the future. Some people even package AI Agent automatic voting/auto trading as "more efficient governance," but I find that more concerning: once the script runs, the on-chain interaction permissions are handed out, and if something goes wrong, you won't even know who's pushing you… When I review proposals now, I look for three things first: where the money flows, the boundaries of permissions, and emergency brakes. No matter how beautiful the wording, I put everything else aside for now.
