Recently there’s a new term: “carbohydrate face.” It’s really full of surprises. I’ve only heard of chiseled face, chubby face, and slim face. I looked it up again—what they call a carbohydrate face is basically a round face, with more facial fat, and weight gain. Actually, it’s nothing special, but those so-called aesthetic medicine industry people have “manufactured” it into something completely different. They say it’s an ugly face—what nonsense. The main cause, they claim, is what we usually eat as staple foods: rice and noodles. And they even recommend “fitness and nutrition packages,” specifically to harvest people who love looking beautiful. If you eat high-calorie foods every day and don’t exercise, of course you won’t get fat—that’s not how it works. So the key is to eat a balanced diet every day, exercise appropriately, and keep a good mindset—then you’ll naturally lose weight. And the fat on your face will decrease too, and you’ll look better 🤡🤡🤡🤡
