#PI Current version (2026-05-24)



• Mainnet protocol: v22.1 (officially operational)

• v23.0: activated on May 18, node upgrade completed by May 19 (full functionality of smart contracts and DEX launched)

How many more versions will follow (official roadmap)

According to the announced plan, there are at least 4 major versions:

1. v24.1 (June 2026)

◦ Cross-chain bridge (Pi↔Stellar), privacy transactions, Layer 2 scalability testing

2. v25.1 (July–August 2026)

◦ Mainnet pre-release, fiat channel testing, DAO governance launch

3. v26.0 (September–October 2026)

◦ Full mainnet launch, quantum-resistant encryption, enterprise-level application support

Summary

• Now: v22.1 → just upgraded to v23.0

• Remaining: v24, v25, v26 three official versions (including about 4 minor upgrades)

• Goal: v26.0 as the final official version in 2026, then entering a stable ecosystem phase
