Losing money on paper is really more tormenting than making a profit. When you're earning, you think "let it run for a bit," but when you're losing, your mind automatically starts writing a little essay: Did I judge wrong, will it keep crashing, should I cut, will it immediately bounce back if I cut... The more I think about it, the more I can't sleep. To put it simply, losses feel like someone is digging into your pocket, while profits are just "extra," and your mental ledger doesn't make any sense.

I now have a simple trick: before entering the market, write down the worst-case scenario, the price at which I will admit defeat and walk away. Don't get emotionally attached. Recently, hardware wallets are out of stock everywhere, phishing links are flying all over, everyone's security awareness has improved, but trading discipline still depends on yourself. Don't be so afraid of losing that you can't sleep, yet hesitate to press the stop-loss button, only to end up as a bagholder. Anyway, I won't do that.
