Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 23rd, Uniswap proposed a governance measure to extend the protocol fee collection and burning infrastructure to BNB Chain and Polygon, and to complete the fee activation process on Celo that was not executed due to configuration errors.

The proposal includes: setting the V2 protocol fee receiving addresses on BNB Chain, Polygon, and Celo to TokenJar, and setting the V3 Factory owners on the relevant chains to V3OpenFeeAdapter; among them, Celo will also transfer the feeToSetter role and V4 PoolManager ownership to CrossChainAccount.

The proposal states that fees from each chain will be collected into the respective TokenJar, then bridged cross-chain via UNI back to the Ethereum mainnet and sent to the burn address.

UNI-7.52%
BNB-2.82%
CELO-6.17%
ETH-4.47%
