Recently I’ve been looking at a bunch of address profile/tag clustering—things like “smart money,” “big players,” and “whale families.” Honestly, I only believe about half of it… There really are traces to be found on-chain, but people also change wallets, split positions, and pretend to be inactive. Once a label gets stuck on someone, it feels like you’re just assigning them a category—kinda mystical.

Airdrop season is even more ridiculous. The task platforms’ anti-sybil/anti-bot measures make everyone feel like they’re clocking in to work; the points, the vouchers—everything’s so churned up that I even start to doubt whether I’m just writing a weekly report. In situations like that, when the fund flows look “really clean,” it may actually just be a bunch of temporary contractor addresses running the show.

Anyway, whenever I see a certain label rush in, I get shaky and want to chase it—then the next second I remember I’m a Fomo warrior, so I go grab a coffee to calm down… and then I mint again.
