"When the market moves so quickly that you don't even have time to finish your coffee — it means HYPE is living its best life 😄." The current situation with HYPE looks like a classic impulsive "short squeeze," where in a short period, the price sharply increased by +15% in a day, reaching a new high of $58.97. The most important factor here is over $30.6 million in liquidations over 24 hours, indicating strong pressure on short positions and automatic fueling of the growth. In such phases, the market often moves not based on fundamentals but on liquidity and panic closing of positions. This creates a "snowball" effect, where each new move provokes even more liquidations. But historically, such impulsive moves rarely last without a pause. After such a rapid move, the market usually either consolidates or sharply corrects. So now, the key question is — is this the start of a new trend, or an emotional overheat.

Looking at price behavior more structurally, after similar vertical impulses, it’s important to evaluate not only the high but also the volume reaction. For HYPE now, it’s critical whether the price can hold above the last high of $58.97. Without consolidation, such moves often turn into a “wick spike,” after which the market returns to the previous range. It’s also important to consider that after short liquidations, the market loses some fuel for further growth. This doesn’t mean an automatic reversal, but it does mean a slowdown in the pace of movement. Often, after such impulses, a balance zone forms where large players redistribute their positions. And this phase is the most dangerous for emotional entries.

Now regarding the first question — whether it’s worth buying HYPE at current levels. I would divide this into several scenarios because the situation is ambiguous and depends on the timeframe:
• Short-term: buying at the peak looks risky due to overheating and FOMO effect;
• Medium-term: entries are only possible after a pullback to support zones and demand confirmation;
• Aggressive scenario: continuation of the impulse is possible, but only if volumes remain high and there’s no sharp exhaustion of buyers.
Additionally, it’s important to note that after +15% in a day, the market often makes a technical correction of 5–12% even without a change in the overall trend. Therefore, entering “on emotions” now has a worse risk/reward ratio than waiting for a retest.

Regarding longs and shorts, the market now is more about reactions than clear directions:
• Long scenario: makes sense only if levels above $56–$58 are maintained with confirmed demand and no sharp pullbacks;
• Short scenario: becomes relevant only if there are signs of impulse exhaustion, such as decreasing volumes and lower highs;
• Neutral position: the most logical now until the market defines a new range after liquidations.
It’s important to understand that after $30.6 million in liquidations, the market often enters a “pause” phase, where large players gather liquidity from both sides. This means sharp moves in either direction are still possible.

From a market structure perspective, HYPE is currently in a phase of increased volatility, where any news or large orders can shift the price by 10–20% without warning. This is typical behavior for assets after strong impulses and liquidation cascades. Such markets are suitable for experienced traders but dangerous for impulsive decisions. Often, the best strategy here is to wait for confirmation of a new range rather than trying to predict the next move. If HYPE sustains demand after the impulse, then a trend continuation can be discussed. If not, the market may quickly revert to the previous balance zone.

In conclusion, I would say that right now, HYPE is more about vigilance than aggressive actions. The market has already shown strength through the squeeze but needs to demonstrate stability further. Without it, any entries remain high risk. Therefore, my current stance is closer to observing with readiness to act after confirmation than to actively entering the market.
