Imagine if people used the term “tech slop” for everything humans enhance or amplify through machines.

Flying on an airplane? Tech slop — use your arms instead.
Driving 200 miles in a car? Tech slop — use your feet instead.
Calling someone on the other side of the world? Tech slop — use your voice or smoke signals instead.
So why is enhancing writing, thought, music, images, or video through AI suddenly considered “slop”?
Human civilization has always been about extending our abilities through tools. AI is simply the latest extension of that process.
What bothers many people is not the tool itself, but the fact that creativity, expression, and production are becoming more accessible and amplified.
Again: non-creative people resenting creativity.
