All the upward movements are false signals of induced buying; an increase must be accompanied by volume.
Volume indicates that funds are entering the market; the larger the volume, the higher the participation of funds.
Therefore, when the volume is large and the price rises, you should not chase it to avoid getting trapped.
Wait for the volume to decrease and stabilize, then look for a slight increase in volume that is at least greater than the initial surge—this is a buying opportunity.
For example, a small bullish candle or a small bearish candle can be directly broken through;
on the daily chart, only when there is a volume increase of more than 5% with a bullish candle is it worth considering.
