With $100 million in startup capital, Figure AI founder's new company Hark raises $700 million in funding, valuing at $6 billion

ME AI News, according to Data Observation Beating Monitoring, humanoid robot giant Figure AI and electric aviation company Archer Aviation co-founder Brett Adcock announced that the newly established personal intelligent agent hardware company Hark has secured $700 million in Series A funding, with a post-investment valuation of $6 billion. Hark was founded early on with $100 million in seed funding from Adcock. This round of financing was led by Parkway Venture Capital, with participation from industry giants such as NVIDIA, AMD Ventures, Intel Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures. Hark positions itself as a personal AI platform, aiming to build a universal interface for human-computer interaction through vertical integration of self-developed foundational models, system software, and dedicated hardware. Adcock believes that existing AI models are too single-purpose; the next generation of intelligent agents must possess natural listening and speaking abilities, visual understanding, and long-term memory, and be capable of autonomously executing tasks in the physical world. According to plans, Hark will launch its first multimodal models in summer 2026, followed by the release of compatible personal AI hardware terminals. The raised $700 million will be directly used to expand GPU computing infrastructure, accelerate cutting-edge model research and development, and develop next-generation intelligent agent hardware. The Hark team currently has about 70 members, mainly operating on NVIDIA B200 GPU clusters. The company plans to expand its engineering team to 200 members in the short term. (Source: BlockBeats)

$6 billion valuation, Series A—chip giants are all here; this track is going to get brutally competitive, to the point of being unbearable.

The term "personal intelligent agent" is too vague; let's wait to see what specific form it takes.

700 million Series A, I guess I haven't even seen the shadow of this company's product.

Post-investment 6 billion, can't the next round directly enter the hundred-billion-dollar club?

From humanoid robots to eVTOLs and then to personal AI, Adcock's cross-industry ventures are a bit outrageous.

Brett Adcock just can't stop; he just launched Figure and is already working on Hark. What's the concept behind the $700 million Series A?
