I have just compiled some information about the trading hours of different regions, which may be helpful for those who are new to trading.
What time is the Á session? Usually it is from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. according to GMT+7. This is when the Asian market starts to get lively, and quite a lot of volatility occurs. The  session lasts for about 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., during which trading volume increases significantly as European investors join in. The Mỹ session runs from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next day—this is when volatility is highest due to the participation of traders from the US and Canada.
What I find most important are the overlapping time periods between sessions. From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., both the  and Mỹ sessions are active at the same time—trading volume surges, and setup opportunities are very good. Or from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., when the Á and  sessions run in parallel, which is also a time with a lot of price action.
Anyone following btc, bnb, ETH, or other crypto trades should pay attention to these time frames. I’ve found that understanding the trading hours of each session will help you plan your trading much better.
