Just now, I got the itch to make a move again, staring at the candlestick chart with my heart pounding a bit… But now I pause and ask myself: Am I getting new information, or am I just being pushed by the group’s “If you don’t buy now, you’ll miss out” emotion to add to my position. Honestly, when emotions come, the mind is the best at fooling itself.

Recently, the discussions about pledging and sharing security for “compound returns” have flared up again. Someone said it’s a nested doll, and I don’t dare pretend to understand too much after hearing that. Anyway, the more effortless the supposed returns sound, the more I want to look closer at where the risks are.

I’m willing to take a simple step for safety: whenever I want to move a larger position, I first verify the address whitelist, then manually compare the contract source again. It’s a real hassle, but at least I can sleep at night. Let’s start with that.
