Night shift monitoring perpetuals, the worst thing isn't a sudden surge or crash, but the moment when stablecoins that "look stable" cause everyone to panic together. Reserve transparency is basically a reassurance, no matter how good the reports look, in those few minutes of a run, it all depends on trust and who runs first in the team. Recently, during the airdrop season, task platforms have been anti-witchcraft and points systems are as competitive as clocking in for work. I also see more people swapping stablecoins on-chain, and when emotions run high, it's easy to get trampled.

A few days ago, I simply set reminders/limits for myself: if the proportion of certain stablecoin pools exceeds a threshold, a pop-up alerts me, and there's also a cap on single swaps. After setting that, I felt quite at ease, like locking the door... so I wouldn't panic and start swapping all my assets at midnight just from a little wind. Anyway, my current principle is: I don't bet on "won't depeg," only on "can I withstand it." When emotions come, I go wash my face, then come back to check.
