I find myself unable to hold onto spot positions, and I keep wanting to "hold on a little longer" with contracts, only to get wiped out in the end. Basically, it's because my position size is too large, and I can't handle the market fluctuations emotionally. A straightforward way to describe position management: only take the size of positions that allow you to sleep peacefully. The rest, which rely on sheer willpower to endure, will eventually be punished by the market.
Recently, cross-chain bridges have been hacked again, and oracles are showing abnormal quotes, with everyone shouting "wait for confirmation," which is actually just leaving a backup plan. I've also learned to be smarter: keep a "backup" for your positions, don't put all your bullets into one shot, and keep some cash/stablecoins as a second backup; if the direction is wrong, cut losses according to plan, and don't use "faith" as a backup. Anyway, I can be stubborn with my words, but my account can't be stubborn.
