These days I’ve been a bit itchy again, seeing the market spike and wanting to chase.

But now I’ll pause for three seconds first and ask myself: Am I getting new information, or am I being pushed by emotions to add to my position?
Honestly, real information often explains “why now,” while emotions only push you to “get in quickly.”
After experiencing losses from rollbacks and stuck blocks, my faith has basically turned into confirmation signals…
Before the necessary confirmation arrives, no matter how lively it gets, I hold back.

NFT royalties also seem quite similar, arguing back and forth about protecting creators on one side, and saying secondary liquidity is vital on the other, mixing information and stance, which can easily mislead people.

The biggest problem lately is actually too much information; seeing more just makes me more anxious.
My own filtering method is pretty crude: I only look at on-chain actions that can be verified (fund flows, contract changes, block production/congestion), and a few long-term reliable people.
Other times, I just turn it off to prevent emotions from making my trades.
