Seven things that are slowly destroying the mental health of modern people: chemical stimulation (smoking, alcohol, drugs), dopamine stimulation (short videos, social media, pornography, excessive entertainment), information stimulation (long-term information overload), stress system exhaustion (long-term high pressure and overwork), physiological system collapse (long-term sleep deprivation), disconnection from reality (long-term lack of genuine feedback), and physical degeneration (long-term lack of exercise and natural contact). Many people do not suddenly collapse. Instead, they are gradually worn down by the long-term accumulation of these factors.
