Man, I just reread that interview with Dolly Singer, former talent chief at SpaceX, and there are some things that really make you think. She doesn’t mock when she says that working with Elon Musk is literally a "naval engineering mission." Like, it’s not just marketing hype, it’s real.
What stands out most is when she describes how Musk’s brain works. According to Singer, the amount of information he processes is a thousand times greater than that of an average person. She says the guy solves problems in a way that simply surpasses normal thinking capacity. And then comes the controversial part: she literally states that she believes Elon Musk is smarter than Einstein. Yes, you read that right.
It’s not just about high IQ, you know? It’s about an incredible combination of intelligence with unprecedented ambition. The guy aims to be the greatest engineer in human history. At SpaceX, the team working with him forms what they call an "elite special operations force" — tasked with doing what everyone else thinks is impossible. And the craziest part is that he manages to do this across multiple fronts: electric cars, rockets, AI, brain-machine interfaces. All on another level.
Dolly Singer sums it up well: if you’re comfortable, it means you’re not growing. That’s the mindset. Working with Musk is learning to stay calm amid constant anxiety and challenges that seem insane. Not for everyone.
If you follow the market, you see how this reflects in his projects. Meanwhile, the market keeps its course. BTC fluctuating around 77.77K (+0.25%), ETH at 2.14K (+0.16%), DOGE rising 1.51% to 0.11. But the real thing is that while many people are watching charts, there are folks like Musk redefining what’s possible. Truly a different mindset.
