Last night before bed, I checked my positions, and even though it was just a small floating loss, my heart started pounding, and I couldn’t calm down. Tossing and turning, I kept thinking, "Will it crash even more?" Conversely, when I had floating gains, I was much more relaxed, mostly thinking I’d check again tomorrow—if I miss out, so be it... Honestly, losing money feels like being pulled by the sleeve; I can’t ignore it.

Recently, everyone has been talking about staking unlocks and token unlock schedules. The moment the word "selling pressure" comes up, my mind automatically fills in the plot, and the more I think about it, the harder it is to fall asleep. So I just closed the app and set a strict rule for myself: no looking at K-line charts before sleep. Looking at unlocks doesn’t mean I have to sell; I’ll slow down the pace. Anyway, I’m not here to gamble my life away. That’s it for now.
