📍Vietnam - Russia extends friendship for 25 years

Putin and Xi have just extended the Treaty on Good-Neighborliness and Cooperation between Russia and China, a document signed 25 years ago, with the most recent extension in 2021.
📌 China is again prioritizing the Middle East over Ukraine.
Beijing calls for a comprehensive ceasefire, reopening the Strait of Hormuz, and ensuring that oil flows smoothly. This is a vital interest for Beijing, as up to 90% of Iran’s oil is imported into China.
📌 The Siberia 2 pipeline project—passing through Mongolia, with an expected capacity of 50 billion m³ per year—will also be restarted. If completed, this will be a major energy route helping Russia redirect gas from Europe to Asia, while China gains additional land-based supply sources, with less dependence on sea routes.
