These days, there's another wave of hot topics rotating, and the timeline is like shuffling cards—everyone is chasing the "new narrative," but the most exhausted are always retail investors' attention. To be honest, my current anti-FOMO method is pretty simple: first ask myself what the real "signal" is—has the protocol parameter truly changed the risk boundary, or is it just a different way of saying it to trigger your FOMO? For example, recently I've been complaining about miner/validator income, MEV, and fair ordering. I pay more attention to whether there are ongoing signs of game theory on the chain: whether the rules are being stably exploited by a few, and whether the community has the ability to push back, rather than just criticizing today and forgetting tomorrow. Anyway, if I can't see clearly, I won't act; missing out is okay... Staying calm is more important than chasing quickly.
