DeepSeek defines its approach as "model + harness = agent," incorporating engineering actions such as context management, tool invocation, file reading and writing, terminal execution, and testing feedback into the Harness. The official debut aims to regain control of the terminal entry point and inject the trial-and-error process of real projects into the evolutionary feedback loop of the underlying model.
