Many high-potential individuals share a common trait in their youth: instability, non-standard behavior, not fitting into systems, not easily realizing quick gains, and only finding their true direction very late. These people, in their twenties, often appear as "failure examples." But many truly long-term capable people are not inherently assembly-line talents. The real danger has never been temporary lack of results. It is: self-denial before genuine maturity. It is: quitting before the potential has formed. It is: collapsing before long-term compounding has taken effect. Many people's lives are not lost to others. Instead, they are lost to the panic of "Am I already too late?" The biggest risk in life is not starting late. It is: before your potential has formed, prematurely believing "I can't do it." Because: human growth curves are not linear.
