The Chairman of the U.S. SEC is seeking public comments on the "Prediction Market ETF"
Mars Finance News, May 21 — Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated that the Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking public opinion on "prediction market ETFs." These products are essentially new (somewhat similar to crypto assets), and regulators need to ensure they fully understand the risks and mechanisms before "opening the floodgates" to build sufficient confidence.
