When a person doesn't have much money, they can endure anxiety and still focus on learning instead of rushing to make quick money. When they have a little money, their first reaction is also to invest in themselves rather than spend on themselves. People like this are usually very unlikely to remain poor forever. In fact, the real difference between people is not whether they have resources. It's whether, when lacking resources, they continue to accumulate themselves; and when they have resources, whether they continue to strengthen themselves. The former determines the lower limit, the latter determines the upper limit.
