People actually do not have stable and unchanging "thoughts"; only the behaviors that happen in the present moment are real. The brain is good at explaining, packaging, and rationalizing, but the body and actions are the most honest. Don't always guess "why is he doing this," but instead directly observe "what did he do." Liking, commitment, loyalty, boredom—fundamentally, they are not eternal concepts, but genuine reactions of a person in a certain moment and environment. Many internal conflicts stem from not accepting the facts, but indulging in explanations and fantasies in the mind. Truly clear-minded people do not live in guesses; they only observe behaviors, respond to reality, avoid excessive expectations, and do not tie others' attitudes or their own values to external factors.
