Crypto World News reports that the Philippines' coins.ph has expanded its QRPH crypto payment feature, now supporting Bitcoin and Ethereum for use by merchants nationwide. Previously, it supported stablecoin USDT, automatically converting crypto balances to Philippine pesos at checkout without manual intervention. This move enables approximately 700k QRPH merchants to accept crypto payments, further integrating cryptocurrencies into the national QR infrastructure and strengthening coins.ph's position as a digital wallet that directly connects crypto payments to the national system.
