Yorkville America Equities withdrew three Truth Social crypto ETF registration statements from SEC review on May 19. The pulled filings covered a Bitcoin ETF, a Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, and a Crypto Blue Chip ETF. Yorkville said it will shift product development toward the Investment Company Act of 1940 framework instead.
