ME News Report, May 20 (UTC+8), the General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued a notice on the issuance of the "Guangdong Province High-Quality Development Three-Year Action Plan for Service Trade (2026-2028)." Build Guangzhou International Financial City and Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Financial City, attract financial technology and other financial service institutions, and provide enterprises with "one-stop" international financial solutions. Encourage qualified foreign-funded institutions to participate in wealth management, green finance, pension health, asset management, and other investment and financing activities. Promote the orderly pilot program of integrated foreign and domestic currency funds pools for multinational companies, support service-oriented enterprises to join the pilot of multinational company fund pool business as members, and facilitate internal group fund allocation. Support financial institutions in providing unsecured credit financing, policy insurance financing, accounts receivable pledge financing, supply chain financing, and other services for service trade enterprises, expanding the scope of high-level opening and facilitation of cross-border trade for more service trade enterprises. Support insurance institutions and overseas insurance institutions to strengthen cooperation under lawful and compliant conditions, developing insurance products such as medical insurance and shipping insurance. Encourage financial institutions to increase financial services for service trade enterprises, and improve the convenience of financial services by combining enterprise foreign exchange receipt and payment characteristics and needs.
