The old Fourth couple stood on stage, speaking more convincingly than the white paper.
But after seven years, the system hasn't taken off, and people have learned to perform first.
There are only a few lines of code, but a pile of PPTs; consensus hasn't been reached, yet factions have already divided.
True decentralization is about power being dispersed and responsibilities being clear;
but for the old Fourth, it has become—decision-making centralized in their minds, and risk decentralized onto everyone.
