Education is not meant to cultivate wisdom. More often, it is meant to cultivate order. A stable system does not need too many thinkers, but rather a large number of "people who can follow procedures." Truly dangerous education is not education in impoverished areas, but those that can cultivate independent personalities, questioning abilities, and organizational skills. Therefore, standard answers are always more important than real questions. Exams are not responsible for creating ideas; they are responsible for screening those suitable to enter the system.
