The most toxic phrase to young people in this world is "Your job is unstable."

What does stability mean? Earning a few thousand yuan a month, not getting a raise in ten years, and seeing life stretch out in front of you— is that called stability?
Many high-income industries are indeed unstable; maybe after five or six years, the industry disappears, the company is gone, the trend has passed. But so what?
Others earn five years' worth of your money in one year, and the resources, cognition, connections, and cash flow accumulated over five years are already on a different level.
The truly frightening thing is never job instability, but rather prematurely giving up growth speed, earning ability, and imagination for the so-called stability.
Of course, high income doesn't necessarily mean true safety; if a person only knows how to work hard to earn money but hasn't accumulated skills, savings, and backup plans, they will also fall into an abyss once they stop.
So, true stability is not given by the company, but the ability to earn money again regardless of how the industry changes.
