So I found out that you can mine crypto for free and I think it's really interesting to not share it. Like, I always thought mining was for people with powerful computers and high energy costs, but there are several platforms out there offering online mining without an initial cost.
Bitcoin is around 76.88K right now, and even with market dips (it's down 0.75% in the last 24 hours), people are still looking for ways to accumulate crypto. I saw that there are about 8 cool platforms to try free online mining—from Awesome Miner and BetterHash for Windows, to StormGain which you can even use on your phone.
CryptoTab is kind of interesting because it lets you mine while browsing the web, without doing anything special. There's also Kryptex, which promises up to R$520 per month on a regular PC. PEGAPool and MinerGate work with various cryptos—MinerGate even automatically chooses the most profitable coin for you to mine based on your hardware.
Of course, it's not for getting rich quickly. Free online mining yields little compared to professional mining, but if you want to grow your wallet without spending anything, it's an option. Like, ETH is at 2.12K (-1.33%) and DOGE at 0.10 (-1.51%), so everything's kind of falling, but online mining still generates some stuff.
There's also EarnCrypto, which isn't exactly mining but lets you earn satoshis by watching ads and taking surveys. Much easier than messing with software.
The truth is, it's more worth it for those who want to supplement their wallet without commitment, not for making serious money. But it's important to stay alert about security—there are many scams promising free Bitcoin and trying to steal your data. Always check the legitimacy of tools before installing.
