Two Scenarios for BTC in 2026
On Twitter, two different views on BTC are being discussed:
🟢 Scenario 1: Immediately to new BTC highs—BTC allegedly has already completed the multi-year “cup with handle” pattern: the breakout has occurred, the retest has passed, and the structure is confirmed. According to this logic, the market is already ready for the next impulse, and the minimum target is $220k
🔴 Scenario 2: First a correction, then BTC’s rise—BTC goes below $58k in May–June, ETH drops to $1,700, and the S&P 500 breaks through $6,800. In Q3, a bottom forms and accumulation begins; in Q4, BTC returns to growth and again heads toward $90k+ amid falling rates, new narratives, and possible QE.
