🚨 THE U.S. HAS A MASSIVE PROBLEM, AND ALMOST NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT IT.
Housing is now MORE EXPENSIVE THAN EVER.
Home prices remain near record highs.
Mortgage rates are still expensive.
Rents have surged.
And for millions of families, even basic shelter is becoming UNAFFORDABLE.
This is becoming the foundation of what I believe will become the LARGEST WEALTH SEGREGATION IN MODERN HISTORY.
Here’s why.
The labor market is gradually weakening.
AI is allowing one worker to do the job of many. I see this firsthand as an entrepreneur.
Companies are becoming more productive, which is why the economy still appears stable on the surface.
But productivity does not replace consumers.
And when fewer people can afford homes, rent, food, and daily necessities, demand begins to weaken.
As consumer purchasing power declines, corporate margins eventually come under pressure.
That is when the cracks begin to appear.
The problem is that the Federal Reserve has very limited options.
Markets occasionally price in the possibility of rate hikes, but in my view, the economy is too leveraged to sustain higher rates for long.
Once growth slows and unemployment rises, the Fed will likely be forced to CUT RATES and INJECT LIQUIDITY.
And that is where the real opportunity begins.
More liquidity will support asset prices again.
Stocks.
Bitcoin.
Gold.
Real estate.
But the cost of living could continue rising, pushing those without assets even further behind.
This is the defining divide of the next decade:
ASSET HOLDERS vs. CONSUMERS.
Those who own productive assets will preserve and compound their wealth.
Those who rely only on wages will find it increasingly difficult to keep up.
In my view, investing is no longer optional.
It is one of the few ways to protect yourself in a world where inflation destroys purchasing power and financial assets continue to absorb the majority of newly created liquidity.
That is why my only focus in the coming months and years will be to dedicate myself in guiding people in their investing journey, so nobody is left behind.
