I find that people are really strange: when making a quick profit, I can stay calm enough to do the dishes; when losing a little, I start to have trouble sleeping, even though I haven't sold or been liquidated... Basically, the pain of loss feels much worse than the thrill of profit. Last night, I was checking the blockchain over and over because a position retraced 0.7%, watching those large transfers like watching a horror movie. Recently, everyone keeps mentioning staking unlocks and token unlock calendars, and the anxiety about selling pressure makes it easier to imagine "potential losses" that haven't even happened as already lost. Anyway, I now force myself: every time I want to add to my position, I wait 15 minutes first, and keep the amount to just a few tens of dollars, don’t be too reckless... for now, that's it.
