AIMPACT News, May 14 (UTC+8), according to Beating Monitoring, OpenAI is about to launch multiple feature updates for ChatGPT. Renowned reverse engineer Tibor Blaho revealed that the latest front-end interface shows that ChatGPT’s memory mechanism will undergo major changes on September 1: the system will replace the current “Saved Memories” with “Structured Summaries” categorized by topics, and allow users to manually edit their personal profiles directly in the personalized view.
At the same time, two features are being tested: active memory function “Pulse” and “Recording Mode,” which allows AI to review past audio recordings and transcripts. Turning fragmented captured memories into structured profiles and enabling direct editing makes long-term memory from a black box into a more stable and controllable user profile.
Additionally, this interface leak also revealed several new cross-platform access actions:

  • Deep binding with Apple: a new “Apple Intelligence” independent authorization in the security interface, explicitly mentioning the ability to invoke personalized ChatGPT within Siri and writing tools and enjoy Plus benefits.
  • Endpoint execution: a new “Send emails directly from ChatGPT via bound providers” feature, with authorization management for KakaoTalk and Viber appearing.
  • Native financial features: system announcements show that the “Finances in ChatGPT” feature is currently being rolled out to US Pro users.
  • Developer access: new Codex CLI authorization supporting device code login for model invocation in headless environments. (Source: BlockBeats)
