Many people who are overly understanding and used to considering others often find it difficult to earn truly their own money in the end.

It's not because of a lack of ability, but because their underlying mindset has long been trained to "satisfy others first, then consider oneself."
They feel embarrassed to talk about interests, dare not compete for opportunities, reflect on themselves when wronged, and are used to tolerating being taken advantage of.
But in the real world, many resources and benefits are gained through proactive effort.
Someone who always retreats will gradually lose their position.
Many people only realize after being hurt badly once:
It turns out they haven't been too kind, but have been neglecting themselves.
So growth is not about becoming selfish, but about learning to put oneself first, then be kind.
