Harvard University Liquidates Ethereum ETF, Mubadala of Abu Dhabi Adds $90 Million to IBIT According to The Block report, Harvard University's endowment fund liquidated its iShares Ethereum ETF holdings in the first quarter of 2026, while reducing its Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) holdings by 43%, to 3,044,612 shares, with a market value of about $117 million; down from 5.35 million shares at the end of 2025. The university no longer holds IBIT as its largest cryptocurrency holding. Instead, Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund Mubadala increased its IBIT holdings to 14,721,917 shares, up from 12,702,323 shares, adding a position worth over $90 million; its total portfolio value approaches $660 million.
