Recently, I saw someone post a screenshot of their mnemonic phrase in a group asking for help. I really want to scold them: that thing isn’t a password, it’s your front door keychain… Don’t even talk about hackers, a passing cat can get in. Don’t be quick to authorize signatures either; if you don’t understand the pop-up, just click reject first. Better to miss an airdrop than to treat “unlimited authorization” as a confirmation button. If you really need to use it, revoke the authorization immediately after use. Phishing sites are even more outrageous; a domain name just one letter off, fake customer service urging you to “verify immediately,” it’s basically a trap. Recently, with expectations of rate cuts heating up and the dollar index moving, everyone’s rushing into risk assets again. I admit I also envy others for making quick profits, but I really don’t want to lose my principal over a misclick… Anyway, I keep my main wallet cold now, small hot wallets for trading, if possible, use L2 to avoid burning money on the main chain. That’s all for now.
