🕵️ Italy’s Largest Bank Intesa Sanpaolo Increases #Crypto Exposure to $235 Million in Q1
According to Criptovaluta, Italy’s largest bank Intesa Sanpaolo significantly increased its #crypto exposure in Q1 2026. Its crypto-related assets surged from approximately $100 million in Q4 2025 to around $235 million. As of March 31, the bank had increased its #Bitcoin holdings and gained #Ethereum exposure for the first time through purchases of iShares Staked #Ethereum Trust. It also established a new #Ripple position via Grayscale $XRP Trust, holding 712,319 shares worth about $18 million, while significantly reducing its exposure to #Solana through the Bitwise #Solana Staking ETF. #etf
