I was analyzing the market around here and found it interesting how entrepreneurship with little money has become a reality for many people. It's no longer that talk of "you need a lot of capital to start." Things have changed a lot.

The first thing I noticed: digital businesses exploded. Digital marketing, social media management, short video editing — these are in high demand and you can start almost from scratch. A computer and a good internet connection are enough. Some people are making good money doing design on Canva, creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Writing is also strong — blogs, e-commerce, social media constantly need optimized content.

But what caught my attention the most was the food sector. Healthy meal prep, confectionery, food trucks — these are still resilient even in a crisis. There’s room for those who want to start with little money and test menus before investing in larger infrastructure. The people working with meal planning are also growing a lot, especially with content on Instagram.

Beauty and wellness is another strong area. Manicure, professional makeup, massage — all with constant demand and many people looking for services at home. The difference now is offering delivery or serving in a shared space to reduce costs.

Pets is a market that keeps growing. Online pet shops, pet sitters, animal caregivers — Brazil has a huge pet population and people spend on it. Starting with online sales is more accessible because you don’t need heavy physical stock.

There are also residential services that not many talk about: furniture assembly, basic gardening, small repairs. It seems simple but there’s real demand and quick returns.

Online education is on another level. Private lessons, info products, digital courses — it’s practically with no initial investment and the scaling potential is huge. Platforms like Hotmart make distribution much easier.

And there’s the creative side too: crafts, personalization, secondhand. Online thrift stores grew a lot with the circular economy. Selling accessories for cell phones remains one of the most accessible markets. Aromatic candles, handmade soaps, personalized baskets — all with good margins.

The pattern I see in all these business ideas to start with little money is the same: start small, test, grow as revenue increases. Social media and technology have opened space for models that were unthinkable before.

What sets apart those who can grow is discipline. Planning, consistency, and choosing a model that fits your reality. There’s an option for everyone — it just depends on choosing right and executing.
