Ethereum yesterday dipped to around 2200, then began to recover near the support level. From a one-hour perspective, after experiencing two clear bottoming actions, the MACD green bars are continuously shortening, indicating that the bearish momentum is weakening, while the KDJ lines are turning upward, forming a golden cross pattern. The buying strength below is gradually absorbing, forming a short-term stabilization signal. Combining the current structure and indicators, Ethereum is highly likely to move upward in a volatile correction in the short term. The 2260 level is a short-term resistance. If it can break and hold above 2260 with increased volume, the rebound space will further open up, pushing toward the 2300 to 2310 resistance zone. This is also a key turning point for this round of upward movement. If it cannot break through effectively, there is still a possibility of a second retest.
It is recommended to go long around 2220-2200, with a target near 2260-2310. If broken, look toward 2330; if not, consider reversing to short near 2300-2320.
Now let's look at Bitcoin's movement today. Bitcoin, from around 82,000, has been falling all the way down to about 78,600. Then, it entered a low-level consolidation phase around 78,900 to 79,500, shaking out weak hands. Currently, Bitcoin is like a marathon runner catching their breath—lacking the momentum to continue falling sharply or to surge violently upward. It is highly likely to continue oscillating and consolidating, with a breakout followed by a retest to confirm the support. The MACD bearish volume bars below are gradually shrinking, indicating that the bulls are slowly absorbing. However, the fast and slow lines have not yet crossed above zero. The three lines of KDJ are turning upward but are still below the 50 mark, suggesting that the rebound after short-term overselling is slowly building momentum, but it hasn't reached a strong zone yet.
It is recommended to go long around 79,000-78,600, with a target near 80,000-80,350. If broken, look toward 80,700-81,200; if not, consider reversing to short.
