These days, I keep seeing a bunch of "new narratives" and "next wave of hot topics," basically meaning people's attention is being led around: if you get anxious and slip up, transaction fees and slippage will cut into you first, and then we'll see who takes the last seat... My current simple approach is: first, figure out what I really want, and for the long term, just honestly watch L2 fees and staking yields that can be calculated when sticking with the ETH ecosystem, treating hot topics as noise.

Recently, someone also discussed tax hikes and tightening/loosening of compliance in certain regions, which indeed can affect deposit and withdrawal sentiment. When everyone gets nervous, it's easier to chase gains and sell at a loss. Forget it, to put it plainly: don’t let others’ anxiety become your trading reason. I usually set a "cooling-off period" for myself—when I see FOMO, I first go drink some coconut water, and if after half an hour I still want to buy, then I consider it.
