Recently, while organizing my holdings in my wallet, I realized that my attention to Chinese crypto projects isn't deep enough. Actually, there are several Chinese crypto projects worth paying attention to, and the domestic ecosystem has developed more maturely than I imagined.
First, let's talk about NEO. This project is often compared to Ethereum and is called "China's Ethereum." It builds a smart digital economy through smart contracts and digital identity tokens, providing a fairly stable environment for DApp development. The idea is quite clear, offering developers a lot of operational space.
Next is Conflux, a China-based blockchain network focused on high speed, using a Tree-Graph mechanism. Interestingly, it is one of the few projects officially recognized by the domestic authorities, mainly focusing on Web3 applications, digital identity, and government collaborations. This policy support still adds points for the project's long-term development.
Speaking of practical applications, VeChain performs remarkably well in supply chain tracking. From the source of the product to the consumer, everything is traceable, with applications in industries like manufacturing, fashion, automotive, and food. This transparency is valuable for both brands and consumers.
There is also Ontology, which focuses on digital identity and data management, helping enterprises establish identity verification systems and decentralized secure data storage. The market demand in this area is quite large, but it doesn't get as much attention.
Finally, QTUM has an interesting design concept—combining Bitcoin's security with Ethereum's programmability. This ensures stability while providing developers and business applications with ample flexibility. For projects looking to enter this ecosystem, this balance is crucial.
These Chinese crypto projects each have their own characteristics. Although they may not attract as much attention as top-tier projects, in terms of ecosystem completeness and practical application, they are indeed worth keeping in your wallet. Recently, I’ve also been monitoring these projects' market trends on Gate.io; those interested can check them out themselves.
