These days, I've been reviewing the sources of yield from LST/re-staking, and honestly, it all boils down to "who's paying": some comes from the basic staking interest, but most of it is from various incentives, reward expectations, and new projects wanting to leverage your security to endorse them. It looks pretty attractive, but the risks are quite straightforward: if the smart contract has an issue, everyone is liable; stacking too many layers of re-staking, when problems occur, you can't even tell which link will break first; and when liquidity tightens, LST prices deviate, and if you want to exit, you'll also face slippage.

Recently, everyone keeps talking about staking unlocks and token unlock schedules, and the anxiety about selling pressure has risen again. I also can't help but think: maybe I should just quit altogether, uninstall the app... but every time I reach for the uninstall button, I hesitate. It's better to reduce my position first, keep some cash on hand, at least not let the "profit screenshot" distract my mind. Sometimes a misjudgment is just a misjudgment; anyway, I will come back and acknowledge it.
