Step By Step How I Analyze Investments & Scaled To Millions:
1. Understand the overall economy, SP500 valuations, EPS growth, & interest rates.
This gives you the lay of the land.
If that looks ok, go to step 2.
2. Find a great company at a good valuation with EPS growing strong.
Great company means they have a moat, pricing power, & a durable competitive advantage.
When you find that, go to step 3.
3. Allocate in a bullish way.
Bullish = buy shares
Super bullish = sell portfolio secured puts
Super Super bullish = buy calls
(all options are 2+ years in duration)
4. Repeat this across multiple quality setups. Keep ratios in check to be fine in any market crash.
