lowkey been paying more attention to the quantum security conversation lately 👀

and @quipnetwork just dropped updates that actually feel grounded in real infrastructure instead of pure hype.
their hybrid quantum-classical testnet is already live and apparently crossed 13k+ signups.
what caught my attention is the “proof of useful work” angle.
instead of nodes wasting energy solving meaningless hashes, the network routes compute toward actual optimization problems.
stuff like:
> logistics routing
> supply chain efficiency
> portfolio modeling
real world workloads basically.
and the setup itself is interesting too.
they’re combining classical systems with D-Wave quantum tech instead of pretending one replaces the other overnight.
that hybrid approach honestly feels more realistic.
on the security side, post-quantum protection already rolled out for BTC through Arch Network without needing a fork, plus support around ETH and SOL too.
after watching wallet exploits and security failures for years, this kind of preparation doesn’t feel excessive at all anymore.
feels more like the industry slowly realizing infrastructure upgrades can’t wait until the last second 👀
BTC-0.12%
ETH-1.77%
SOL-0.09%
