ME News, April 10 (UTC+8): U.S. Democratic Senators Elizabeth Warren (Massachusetts), Adam Schiff (California), and Richard Blumenthal (Connecticut) jointly sent a letter to Bill Zanker (a Trump business partner and an executive in charge of TRUMP Meme tokens), questioning his plan to hold the TRUMP investor banquet at Mar-a-Lago on April 25. In the letter, they said the banquet markets itself with “face-to-face with Trump” to entice investors to buy Meme tokens, and that it generates transaction fee revenue for Trump and his family—raising serious ethical concerns. The event date also conflicts with the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, which Trump has already confirmed he will attend. (Source: Foresight News)
