The kind of post-hoc expressions that emphasize how you predicted everything in advance not only increase emotional burden but also do not truly solve the problem. No one can always make the right choice; truly capable people are those who adjust, optimize, and evolve through continuous trial and error. Mistakes themselves are not scary; staying stuck in mistakes without reflection or improvement is the real problem. Similarly, one correct decision once does not warrant complacency; continuous evolution is the key. Compared to blaming afterward, it is more valuable to support attempts during the process, review together after the results, and summarize experiences to become stronger. This shared responsibility and ongoing growth are the truly effective and more powerful ways.
