Just saw on-chain data—there’s been quite a lot of activity from the Balancer attacker these past few days. According to monitoring, the other party recently swapped a large amount of ETH into BTC: in just three days, they converted 21,000 ETH, worth about 48.72 million USD, into 617.43 BTC. This scale of exchange activity is easy to trace on-chain. Even more noteworthy is that this guy still holds 1,000 ETH, valued at roughly 2.32 million USD at current prices, and may continue to sell afterward. It looks like they’re planning to gradually offload their holdings to avoid triggering too much volatility with a one-time sell-off. During this period, the market should keep an eye on large fund flows of this kind—especially cases where ETH is exchanged for USDT or other stablecoins—which could put pressure on short-term price action.
